Power Platform Engineer - French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer with strong Power Platform and Azure expertise to join our Delivery Team in Barcelona. You will design and deliver innovative, cloud‑native automation solutions that drive digital transformation for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure services.
• Architect cloud‑native workflows and integrations with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
• Define best practices, governance models, ALM pipelines, and security frameworks for Power Platform and Azure.
• Support presales activities, including solution design, technical assessments, demos, and effort estimation.
• Mentor developers, architects, and analysts and lead delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure updates and evaluate their applicability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex automation projects and interact directly with clients.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.

• AI/ML services integration (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI) – strong advantage
