Private Banking Specialist - Valencia

About the role

ING is looking for a Private Banker Specialist to join its Affluents Team of Retail Affluent Tribes, based in the Valencia branch. The team delivers exceptional service to affluent clients by helping them build balanced portfolios suited to their knowledge, suitability and future financial needs, increasing share of wallet with existing clients and attracting new ones from other banks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to clients through personalised advice and solutions that optimise the use of their savings, contributing to growth in the Affluent segment.
• Co-create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment, collaborating with all ING Spain T2D teams to ensure alignment, scalability and impact.
• Act as a first line of defence for the bank, prioritising the client's best interest and adhering to ING's policies, regulatory standards and ethical expectations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in private banking teams.
• MiFID certification is mandatory.
