Process Manager – Spare Parts Supply Chain (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

We are seeking a Process Manager to lead the digital transformation of the spare parts supply chain for a global warehousing and material‑flow leader. You will drive the migration to SAP S/4HANA, improve process efficiency and embed automation across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration of spare‑parts supply‑chain processes from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Map, document and redesign current supply‑chain flows, defining a target model for the group.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and AI/Python concepts.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), handle incidents via Jira and guarantee flawless system integration.
• Produce performance reports and analyse data to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain processes, preferably in spare‑parts or after‑sales service.
• Advanced SAP key‑user experience (R/3 and S/4) with a strong grasp of end‑to‑end processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira and the Power Platform.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies such as MS Copilot, SQL, Databricks or Python (programming not mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with international teams.
