Product Builder (Remote from EU)

About the role

CloudTalk, an AI-powered business phone system and AI Voice Agent platform, is hiring a Product Builder to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. The role closes the gap between noticing a problem and having a squad build it: you find the friction, talk to users, build the solution, ship it and read the result. It is not a Product Manager who writes code nor an engineer who joins discovery calls; it is a single role that holds discovery and delivery together, using AI to work at the speed a three-person team cannot match.

Key responsibilities

• Own the problem before it is written down: find friction in support tickets, churn calls and product discussions, turn it into a falsifiable hypothesis with a metric, and talk to customers weekly.
• Run several bets in parallel, then converge on the ones worth investment.
• Build and ship end-to-end: prototype, build, test, ship to production and instrument, working across the stack and making your own design calls.
• Ship small and early, hold quality lines, and build AI-native flows and agentic workflows.
• Define what would prove you wrong before shipping, kill your own ideas when they fail, and hand off working solutions to the owning squad.
• Use AI as a multiplier: repeatable workflows for research, prototyping and experiments, and share the patterns you find.
• Stay visible and over-communicate, and express the commercial value of bets in ARR, retention or cost terms.

Required profile

• Has taken something from "I noticed a thing" to customers using it in production, and can name the metric that moved.
• Comfortable shutting down your own work and explaining what a failed bet cost and taught.
• Runs continuous discovery through regular customer interviews.
• Startup, founding or scale-up background, comfortable working without a spec or designer.
• Understands a sales-assisted and PLG motion and ARR-driven models.
• Nice to have: voice, telephony or real-time systems experience, and a public record of things you've built.

Success metrics (first 90 days)

• Two or three validated experiments in front of real customers, each with an instrumented result and a clear call (scale, iterate or kill).
• At least one idea shut down and explained.
• A prioritised backlog of opportunities you sourced yourself.
• A clean handoff to an owning squad or deliberate retirement of something built.
• Ability to state the median time from hypothesis to customer-facing test.
