Product & Service Value Proposition Management Senior Analyst

About the role

Santander is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Product & Service Value Proposition Management within its Retail & Commercial Banking division in Madrid. The role focuses on driving strategic client coverage and execution for large corporate customers, combining relationship management with complex financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with large corporate clients, understanding their strategic and financing needs.
• Drive execution of complex transactions such as syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, and structured finance solutions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end deal execution across product specialists, risk, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
• Lead internal processes, ensuring high‑quality materials and alignment with risk frameworks and governance standards.
• Evaluate transaction economics, including profitability and capital consumption, to support decision‑making.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, maintaining control over timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify and originate opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand product penetration.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to deliver results.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, transaction structuring, and financial economics.
• Proven ability to manage complex deals and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
