Professional Services Consultant

About the role

Guesty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join its global team. In this role you will work directly with hospitality clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring they can fully leverage Guesty’s all‑in‑one platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, validation and user training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor throughout the implementation phase.
• Customize and optimize platform settings to match each client’s operational requirements.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions via video conference and tailor content to client needs.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up, technical troubleshooting, and timely resolution of any issues that arise.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights to Product teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop best‑practice documentation and onboarding materials.
• Manage project timelines, requirements gathering, and escalation handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS customer onboarding or professional services consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into platform configurations.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
