Regional Key Account Manager – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Key Account Manager to drive the growth of innocent’s most important region in Spain, covering Catalonia, the Levante and the Balearic Islands. Based in Barcelona, you will be the sole commercial representative for the territory, building lasting relationships with grocery retailers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial development of regional grocery retail customers across the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors, identifying new brand opportunities.
• Negotiate and deliver joint business plans covering assortment, promotions, pricing, visibility and activations.
• Analyse customer performance, translate insights into action plans and drive growth.
• Own sales forecasts, trade‑investment tracking and business targets.
• Spend time in the field with customers, distributors and stores to ensure excellent execution.
• Act as an ambassador for the innocent brand across the region.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Management and Sales teams.
• Work independently from Barcelona while staying connected to the wider sales team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar FMCG commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of customers in Catalonia and/or the Levante region.
• Experience working with distributors and building successful commercial partnerships.
• Fluent in English and Catalan.
• Valid driving licence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and resilient.
