Regional Operations Manager

About the role

This is a senior leadership position within Greystar’s growing flex‑living platform in Spain. Based at the company’s Madrid headquarters, you will own the performance of a portfolio of 7 assets comprising 4,500 units and over €1 billion in assets under management, driving strategy through to day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive NOI growth across the portfolio by launching revenue‑generating initiatives, tightly managing costs and optimising occupancy.
• Develop and own comprehensive annual business plans for each asset, translating strategic objectives into clear operational road‑maps.
• Lead the budgeting and reforecasting cycle, hold the team accountable to financial targets and act swiftly on performance gaps.
• Interpret competitive intelligence and partner with central teams on pricing, leasing and marketing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Design, implement and continuously improve processes and procedures that govern operations across the portfolio, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure all assets are impeccably maintained, fully compliant with legislation and safe for residents and team members.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in real‑estate or property‑management operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans.
• Hands‑on approach combined with strategic vision, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build a high‑performance culture.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio in Spain.
