Remote Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional processes and uphold quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and report status.
• Support technology implementation and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership and team‑guidance abilities.
