Retail Sales Assistant – Madrid

About the role

BIMBA Y LOLA, a creative fashion collective, is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Madrid store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high‑standard customer experience and helping to spread the Bimba y Lola culture across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the customer journey, from greeting to final sale.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and organise deliveries.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines, and assist with window displays.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
• Excellent listening skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
