Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. You will partner with revenue leadership to define analytics strategy, deliver insights, and own the forecasting cadence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the revenue analytics strategy across Salesforce and Looker, building core dashboards and reports.
• Map the existing reporting landscape, identify gaps, and maintain a reliable insights engine.
• Produce a recurring insights digest that translates data into clear narratives for revenue leaders.
• Partner with revenue leadership on business reviews, planning, and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Run the forecasting cadence, develop models based on pipeline and historical conversion, and track accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience working with quota‑carrying sales teams and global or multi‑region organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior sales leadership.
• Proven track record of setting direction for analytical work and handling ambiguous problems end‑to‑end.
