Sales Assistant – Menorca

About the role

Bimba y Lola is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Menorca store. Working either part‑time or full‑time, you will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to final purchase.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels, receive deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
• Arrange merchandise on the shop floor following visual‑merchandising guidelines and support window‑display updates.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and store audits.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
• Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
