Sales Associate (Mandarin Speaker) - 30 Hours

About the role

Tory Burch, an American luxury lifestyle brand founded in 2004, is hiring a Sales Associate for its store in Las Rozas. The position is a 30-hour role for a Mandarin-speaking candidate. The brand's collections cover ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home and beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals
• Create the customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained
• Work collaboratively with the team, which is encouraged to experiment with ideas that improve retail service

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts
• Physical ability to lift (at least 40 lbs) and perform demanding movements for long periods
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
