Sales Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TOMRA Food, a multinational provider of sensor-based sorting and processing technology for the fresh and processed food industries, is looking for a Sales Marketing Coordinator to support its EMEA sales organization. The role plans and executes marketing initiatives that strengthen lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth, combining structured project management with a results-oriented approach. Key responsibilities

• Support regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programs, collaborating with Sales on initiatives that generate quality leads.
• Create and maintain sales enablement tools, case studies and marketing content.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars and customer events across EMEA, managing timelines, suppliers, budgets and event quality.
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Track and report KPIs, campaign results and event ROI, using CRM and analytics to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent; additional years of relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
• Practical marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, sales-driven environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are welcome.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer events, with a valid driving licence.
