About the role
Join Levi’s iconic store as a Sales Stylist, working 20 hours per week in a vibrant Madrid location. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
- Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
- Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service that reflects Levi’s brand values.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
