SAP Technical Operations Lead – S/4HANA

About the role

The SAP Technical Operations Lead – S/4HANA will drive the design, implementation, administration and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA systems for BASF's Agricultural Solutions Digital Factory. You will ensure system stability, performance and availability while providing technical leadership for migrations, upgrades and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, consultation and guidance to the Product Team.
• Align technical requirements with solution design and architecture, working closely with the Solution Architect.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and code in Azure DevOps.
• Support the Product Team with troubleshooting, ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance.
• Collect feedback, remove impediments and promote continuous improvement following APB/I ways of working.
• Facilitate inclusive team meetings and drive collaboration and innovation.
• Align new requirements with team capacity, set priorities and report performance to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, software development, architecture and solution design.
• Proven leadership experience in technical teams.
