Second Technical Services Manager – Royal Hideaway Corales Villas

About the role

The hotel is seeking a proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements across all facilities. You will ensure optimal operation of equipment, furniture, and infrastructure while supporting a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for installations, machinery, furniture and the property.
• Verify that invoicing and receipt allocation are accurate.
• Prepare and analyse budgets for equipment, installations and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Supervise the material warehouse, controlling inventory entries and exits.
• Conduct physical inventories of machinery, installations and furniture.
• Oversee the upkeep of gardens and sports facilities.
• Coordinate works required for special events such as banquets and conventions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and occupational regulations.
• Propose disinfection and pest‑control programmes in line with official health standards.
• Assist the department head with staff scheduling, attendance records and leave management.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in maintenance (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en mantenimiento).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance or technical services role.
• High level of English is desirable.
• Knowledge of office software and hospitality operations is a plus.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
