About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion across Spain. You will focus on medium to large enterprise clients, delivering tailored staffing solutions and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Spain, targeting key growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, presenting customized staffing proposals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives and cost‑effective campaigns that support sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine strategies.
- Travel across Spain (25‑50%) to meet clients, attend events, and strengthen relationships.
- Provide regular sales updates, revenue forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling staffing solutions in Spain.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong affinity for technology and AI, with a willingness to learn new products.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, consistently exceeding targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
