Senior Account Manager Groceries Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its QCommerce Groceries team in Madrid. You will be responsible for developing the Groceries business unit vertical, bringing it to a higher level of maturity and acquiring deep knowledge of the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including P&L tracking, deep product integrations, co-marketing to drive awareness and activation, and oversight of partner assortment and pricing.
• Meet monthly and quarterly objectives set by the company.
• Onboard new partners by giving them the tools and information they need to start working.
• Gather partner insights and turn store feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain good relationships between Glovo and its partners.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consulting.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to coordinate complex projects with many stakeholders.
• Problem-solving approach, customer obsession, and a strong sense of ownership, deadlines and action.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
