Senior Commercial Lawyer

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a driven, highly autonomous legal professional to join its Commercial team. The role bridges the Global Headquarters and the Spanish market, providing legal support that helps the business scale efficiently. It is a full-time position based in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements such as partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement and supplier contracts, including cross-border agreements between Spain and HQ.
• Draft and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models, with previous exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce or tech being a significant plus.
• Navigate overlapping regulatory, IP and platform issues, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, such as the T&Cs overhaul, and propose and implement new processes and legal frameworks.
• Act as a go-to person, prioritising tasks and solving complex, ambiguous problems independently.

Required profile

• Degree in Law; a Master's degree (e.g. Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM or a corporate/commercial specialisation) and admission to the Spanish Bar are highly valued.
• 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally combining a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment.
• Bilingual or near-native English and Spanish, written and spoken, as documents are drafted and negotiated in both languages.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and collaboration with non-legal teams.
