Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Socialpoint is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics team in Barcelona. You will design and deliver high‑impact analytics solutions that drive marketing performance and support strategic decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Lead deep analytical dives, translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating third‑party sources.
• Develop interactive tools and visualisations that enable data‑driven decisions.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate campaign performance, LTV, and incrementality.
• Prototype AI‑driven automation to streamline recurring analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in predictive modelling, statistics, experimental design, optimisation and data visualisation.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, campaign optimisation, LTV modelling and incrementality analysis.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and capacity to turn ambiguous questions into clear insights.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms.
• Team‑player mindset with a collaborative approach.
