Senior Golang Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join a high‑performing technical team building licensable B2B products. You will shape architecture, drive technical decisions, and set engineering best practices in a modern, scalable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Apply Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters) and Domain‑Driven Design.
• Design and implement event‑driven architectures for scalable, resilient solutions.
• Define and promote quality standards, testing, and observability.
• Review code, mentor mid‑level and junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Continuously improve the tech stack and development processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong, hands‑on production experience with Golang.
• Solid knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design, and event‑driven systems.
• Experience designing APIs (REST, gRPC) and strong testing practices (unit & integration).
• Experience with distributed systems, relational or NoSQL databases, and cloud environments.
• Good understanding of backend security and performance best practices.
