Senior Product Manager – AI Learning (Lesson Insights)

About the role

Preply is an EdTech unicorn building AI‑enhanced learning experiences. As Senior Product Manager for Lesson Insights you will own the flagship AI product that helps learners improve and connects them with tutors across web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Lesson Insights product end to end – strategy, roadmap, execution and results across learners and tutors, web and mobile.
• Prioritize feedback shown to learners, deciding what, when and how to present insights.
• Connect insights to learner progress, shaping per‑lesson insights and their aggregation over time with the Progress squad.
• Design for both learners and tutors to strengthen the marketplace relationship.
• Scale the feature to additional languages to maximize reach.
• Drive engagement and retention through useful, engaging design.
• Conduct your own data analyses to understand usage, repeat behavior and pain points.

Required profile

• Consumer‑product experience building mobile‑first, habit‑forming products.
• Strong empathy for learners and tutors, bringing user perspective to prioritisation.
• Deeply data‑driven mindset, performing own analyses without waiting for others.
• Rigorous experimentation background with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex work into clear decisions.
• Bias for action, balancing hypothesis testing with rapid MVP delivery.
• Comfort with ambiguity, making fuzzy problems measurable.

Required skills

• Experience shipping products built on large language models (LLMs) or NLP at scale.
• Knowledge of LLM trade‑offs such as evaluation, hallucinations, quality variance, latency and cost.
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodology and result interpretation.
• Ability to analyse unstructured data such as text, audio or transcripts.
• Familiarity with habit‑forming product techniques and behavioural psychology.
