Senior Production Manager

About the role

Keywords is a global services platform for video games, providing technical, localisation and quality‑assessment services to leading publishers. We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Globalize growth strategy across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Directors, senior peers and the Globalize Client Engagement team to develop strategies that increase profitability and operational footprint.
• Own the management of global client programmes, proposing and driving actions to improve revenue and profitability.
• Define and implement long‑term localisation and QA strategies aligned with company goals.
• Participate in high‑level decision making, providing insights on how localisation and QA support market expansion.
• Analyse performance metrics, forecast budgets and make financial decisions for localisation and QA initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve quality, handle complex issues, vendor failures and market changes.
• Design workflows and oversee onboarding for localisation and QA technology implementations.
• Coach and mentor team members, plan growth paths and promote a continuous‑growth mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic, multi‑regional client portfolios in localisation or QA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Demonstrated financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity, crises and continuous improvement initiatives.
