Senior Quality Assistant

About the role

The Senior Quality Assistant ensures that all production activities comply with the company’s Quality Management Systems and established standards. This role supports continuous improvement, safety, and customer satisfaction across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety policies, use PPE, and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Monitor and manage Quality Management Systems such as APC, Positive Release, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate quality controls, self‑inspections, and related training sessions.
• Handle blocked material decisions, and manage customer and supplier complaints.
• Lead the Quality team and support investigations linked to complaints.
• Assist inspectors during internal and external ISO audits.
• Maintain the BRC standard and participate in daily plant KPI review meetings.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Quality, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar quality‑focused role.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication abilities and knowledge of production processes.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (APC, Positive Release, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of the BRC standard.
• Intermediate IT skills for quality‑related software tools.
