Senior Social and Community Strategist

About the role

This senior position drives the overall social and community strategy for a B2B technology brand in Spain. You will shape brand presence, grow audiences, and foster authentic engagement across social platforms and niche online communities where enterprise decision‑makers, marketers, and developers interact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other key channels, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, audience growth and engagement optimization.
• Manage and expand the brand’s footprint in strategic forums, Slack groups, Reddit communities and industry‑specific platforms.
• Lead employee‑advocacy programs by providing content resources, playbooks and engagement frameworks for internal contributors.
• Monitor social listening tools to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales and leadership.
• Collaborate with design, video, PR and content teams to produce platform‑native social assets and campaigns.
• Build and oversee influencer, creator and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
• Support social communication during high‑visibility events, product launches or reputation‑critical moments.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment and business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B social media, community management or digital brand strategy experience.
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn and other social channels for enterprise SaaS or technology brands.
• Experience designing and scaling employee‑advocacy programs with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of online community dynamics across forums, Reddit, Slack and industry networks.
• Strong storytelling, editorial and communication skills.
