Senior Strategy Consultant – ICT & Tech Focus

About the role

Axon Partners Group is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its Madrid office. You will work on high‑impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector, serving technology firms, regulatory authorities and public institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and deliver consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
• Identify key challenges and propose structured, actionable recommendations.
• Present strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
• Support senior team members in business development and proposal writing.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with GPA > 3.0 (postgraduate qualifications a plus).
• 4–5 years of experience in strategy, management or business consulting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Fluent English (minimum C1); Spanish, Gulf Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
