About the role
Ebury is looking for a Service Support Analyst to join its Service Desk team in Malaga. The role is hybrid, with four days on‑site and one day remote each week, and involves providing comprehensive IT assistance to a global user base.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows, Chrome, macOS and Linux devices.
- Deliver local and remote desktop support to over 2,000 users across 51 offices worldwide.
- Configure and deploy new laptops and desktops.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes in line with HR and IT procedures.
- Provide IT training to internal end‑users.
- Create purchase requisitions for hardware and software.
- Participate in small to medium‑sized IT projects as assigned.
- Maintain documentation and ensure high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel to other Ebury offices on short notice.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS.
- Proficiency with Linux, macOS and Chrome OS.
- Intermediate understanding of networking and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts (desirable).
