Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead in Madrid. The role works with research sites and other stakeholders to drive trial recruitment, supports study-specific training needs and acts as a strategic partner to external and internal parties to optimise the site experience and performance. It also leads relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with research sites to develop study-specific action plans that accelerate recruitment or support study-specific procedure training.
• Provide education to healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols related to clinical trials.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial subjects.
• Maintain and analyse customer records to customise strategies that maximise pre-screening, screening and enrollment.
• Complete internal electronic reporting systems and organise group events to optimise program delivery.
• Manage objections raised and keep up to date with technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent academic or professional qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level required; nurse or other healthcare professional preferred.
• CRA experience preferred; prior experience in Dermatology (Atopic Dermatitis) is a plus.
• High flexibility to travel internationally if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong written and verbal English, and ability to work with minimal oversight.
