About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our service delivery team as a Specialist Senior Service Representative. In this role you will combine hands‑on problem solving with strategic consulting, leading complex maintenance projects and ensuring our customers achieve optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root‑cause analysis and collaboration with engineering experts.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance to guarantee reliability and safety.
• Provide technical consulting to customers and internal teams to uncover needs and support business development.
• Guide field service engineers and coordinate across functions to deliver seamless, high‑quality service solutions.
