Social Media Specialist & Community Manager (German Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist who will act as the voice of Bosch across a wide range of social platforms. The role bridges multiple business units and online communities, driving engagement while protecting our brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and orchestrate dialogue on social media accounts for various Bosch divisions to increase positive engagement.
• Consult and collaborate with page managers and stakeholders to execute brand strategy and generate buzz for campaigns.
• Detect and escalate potentially brand‑damaging content, supporting crisis management processes.
• Monitor and analyse social media channels, delivering voice‑of‑customer insights to page managers.
• Update and maintain a social media knowledge base in alignment with internal and external partners.
• Develop best practices, drive continuous improvement, and coach colleagues on social media usage.
• Ensure adherence to Change and Release Management procedures.
• Create content on demand in collaboration with clients.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in social media community management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and social media management tools.
• Excellent creative writing skills in German (C2.2) and English (C1.2).
• Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and topics.
