About the role
The Store Design Project Manager will ensure that Cartier’s brand image is represented at the highest standards across all boutiques and retail locations in the Iberia region. Working under the SDP & VM Manager, you will coordinate design projects from concept through implementation, supporting both new openings and renovations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for boutique and retail partner projects, managing openings, renovations and improvements.
- Collaborate with local and central teams throughout all project stages, from briefing to implementation.
- Produce required documentation (brief cards, score cards, CAR) to facilitate approvals.
- Monitor pre‑construction aspects such as design, layout, tendering, budgeting and furniture orders.
- Oversee construction phase, attend on‑site meetings and ensure timely project closure.
- Maintain Cartier points of sale to meet design standards and local regulations, managing maintenance budgets and external agencies.
- Coordinate fragrance projects, implementing the Champagne concept across wholesale networks and managing supplier timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or studies in architecture or interior design.
- Relevant experience as a project supervisor in retail or boutique environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, high organizational skills and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
