Strategic Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Strategic Consultant to drive the growth of our Spanish business. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the CEO and COO, engaging C‑suite clients to embed AI‑driven, customer‑obsession solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Spain, from initial contact to signed contracts.
• Lead client meetings and workshops, clearly communicating the value of AI, customer obsession and measurable business impact.
• Create and continuously improve company presentations and capability narratives.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on market expansion and client engagement strategies.
• Represent Sigma Inspire as a credible and energising presence in the Spanish market.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with the legal right to live and work in Madrid.
• High energy, proactive attitude and a genuine belief in customer‑obsession principles.
• Comfortable leading client meetings and simplifying complex value propositions.
• Commercially minded, curious about AI and eager to help build a growing consultancy.

Required skills

• Basic data analytics – ability to interpret data patterns and turn insights into actions.
