Strategy & Execution Associate – Energy & Utilities

About the role

Join Metyis as a Strategy & Execution Associate focused on the Energy and Utilities sector. You will work on high‑impact projects, collaborating with senior client leaders and internal experts to shape and implement data‑driven business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Develop analytical models and data‑driven recommendations that support client transformation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and meeting materials for C‑level audiences.
• Support project managers and directors in day‑to‑day project execution and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior team members as you progress within the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field from a top‑tier institution.
• 3‑5 years of consulting or relevant experience, preferably in Energy, Utilities or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with senior client executives.
