Studio Coordinator / Producer (Photo & Video Studios)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Studio Coordinator / Producer to manage our photo and video studios in Barcelona. You will work closely with senior producers and creative teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day studio operations for a major global client.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and administration of imaging studios (photo and video).
- Book and onboard talent on a weekly basis.
- Prepare call sheets and manage studio schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to secure best value.
- Collaborate with senior producers and creatives to deliver high‑quality studio services.
Required profile
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Experience in a busy studio environment, preferably in e‑commerce or production.
- Comfortable handling budget‑related tasks.

- Excel
What we offer
- Freelance contract (Autónomo or S.L.).
- Daily rate of €240.
- Regular, on‑site work in a dynamic creative setting.
