About the role

We are looking for a proactive Studio Coordinator / Producer to manage our photo and video studios in Barcelona. You will work closely with senior producers and creative teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day studio operations for a major global client.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily production and administration of imaging studios (photo and video).
Book and onboard talent on a weekly basis.
Prepare call sheets and manage studio schedules.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to secure best value.
Collaborate with senior producers and creatives to deliver high‑quality studio services.

Required profile

Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Experience in a busy studio environment, preferably in e‑commerce or production.
Comfortable handling budget‑related tasks.

What we offer

Freelance contract (Autónomo or S.L.).
Daily rate of €240.
Regular, on‑site work in a dynamic creative setting.
