SuccessFactors Platform Administrator – International IT Hub

About the role

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Platform Administrator to join our International IT Hub in Barcelona. You will be responsible for the technical administration and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors environment that supports millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including configuration, workflow design and authorization management.
• Monitor platform stability, troubleshoot incidents and optimise performance.
• Analyse and optimise the IT architecture related to SuccessFactors implementations and integrations.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP and third‑party systems using middleware and API technologies.
• Support development and usage of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide consulting and training to internal teams.

Required profile

• Open‑minded professional with a passion for technology and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in administering SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for architecture analysis and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively with an international team.
