System Administrator

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a System Administrator to join its international IT team. You will work in an agile environment, handling software packaging and deployment across corporate devices while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of software packaging requests, from intake to post‑implementation support.
• Design, build, customize, and maintain MSI, MSIX, and Intunewin packages that meet corporate standards.
• Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, or PSADT.
• Deploy software via Microsoft SCCM and Intune, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions while driving workflow improvements.
• Provide Level 3 technical support for packaging‑related issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, delivering regular performance reports.
• Participate in cross‑functional IT projects and contribute to the evolution of the Application Delivery service.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1) – written and spoken.
• 1‑2 years of experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ansible, or PSADT.
• Interest in software packaging tools (e.g., Flexera Admin Studio) and distribution platforms like Microsoft SCCM or Intune.
• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or similar service‑management frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
