System Administrator

About the role

Kodify is looking for a proactive System Administrator to join its fast‑growing tech team. You will help automate repetitive tasks, support a modern cloud‑native infrastructure, and collaborate closely with developers to keep high‑traffic services reliable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Automate routine operations and contribute to Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve platform reliability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Operate and evolve infrastructure across Cloud services, Kubernetes, and self‑managed environments.
• Participate in incident response, post‑mortems, and on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in system administration or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Linux fundamentals
• Networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancers, firewalls)
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Containers and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Git and modern development workflows
• Scripting (Bash, Python, Go, or JavaScript)
• Monitoring and observability concepts
