Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Madrid and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for our headquarters in Switzerland and other SICPA entities worldwide. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Switzerland, you will act as a key partner for hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, coordinating closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Conduct intake meetings to define candidate profiles and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Draft, publish and promote job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Screen applications, proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, and conduct first‑round interviews.
• Coordinate subsequent interview stages and ensure compliant candidate tracking.
• Provide structured feedback to candidates and act as the main point of contact for all recruitment‑related matters.
• Support global recruitment process harmonisation, KPI improvement and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment and branding partners.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• High accountability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking System.
• Proficiency with online job boards and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
