Technical Consultant – Customer Success

About the role

Appian is looking for a Technical Consultant to join its Customer Success team. You will work post‑sales with commercial clients to design, develop and implement custom software solutions on the Appian platform, helping them drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Define, design, develop and deploy custom applications using Appian.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in stand‑ups, planning and sprints.
• Launch relational data models and create APIs (REST, SOAP, JDBC) for system integration.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and business users throughout the software lifecycle.
• Drive adoption by empowering clients to build and maintain their own process applications.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on software development or technical consulting experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Proven ability to work on cross‑functional teams and follow agile methodologies.
• Understanding of software testing practices such as test‑driven development and CI.
