Technical Services Officer – Hotel Operations

About the role

Barcelo Lanzarote Mar is looking for a Technical Services Officer to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel installations and machinery. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations, equipment, and machinery.
• Ensure correct usage and that maintenance is performed in optimal condition.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to company quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium‑level training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar preventive and corrective maintenance role within a hotel.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid driving licence (type B) and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities.
