Technical Support Advisor – Danish Speaking (On‑site)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Technical Support Advisor in Benalmadena, supporting customers in Danish and English. You will work on‑site, handling complex technical queries for audiovisual entertainment products and consumer electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve technical questions via telephone or email in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Identify, analyse and troubleshoot issues by asking clear, concise questions.
• Provide high‑quality customer service using internal training and support tools.
• Document all relevant information in the system for each contact.
• Stay updated on new developments in networks, consumer electronics and related technologies.

Required profile

• Bilingual or proficient Danish with advanced English.
• Completed ICT training.
• Knowledge of network architecture and consumer‑electronics products (e.g., wireless audio, smart displays).
• Strong command of the MS Office suite.
• Service‑oriented, accurate, analytical, communicative with good telephone etiquette.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
• Gross salary €21,428 per year plus up to €1,800 bonus.
