Technical Support Specialist – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Uberall is expanding its Technical Support team to serve French‑speaking customers from Spain. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering first‑level technical assistance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing technical relationship with assigned customers after implementation, targeting retention and satisfaction KPIs.
• Handle escalated support cases from the Customer Support team, providing deeper technical insight.
• Document and escalate bugs through internal channels such as Jira.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the Global Technical Service team by improving processes, creating documentation, and contributing to internal projects.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B software environment, preferably in digital marketing, e‑commerce or IT.
• Background in technical account management with a focus on customer satisfaction and churn reduction.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize complex issues, and thrive in a remote setting.
• Experience using ticketing and CRM systems such as Jira and Salesforce.
