Visual Merchandising Project Manager

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Project Manager will ensure Cartier’s visual standards are consistently applied across all boutiques and points of sale in the market. This role combines strategic planning, training, and hands‑on implementation of visual concepts to support marketing and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑end visual merchandising across 5 boutiques and 25 POS in collaboration with Area Managers and external VM partners.
• Implement and monitor exhibitions, guaranteeing uniform display across multiple locations.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new display animations throughout the year.
• Adapt international design guidelines to local dealers, manage production, and oversee implementation.
• Report animation roll‑outs to headquarters and handle administrative logistics, including ordering and dispatching central references.
• Identify market opportunities for visual improvement and enhance local merchandising competencies.
• Create innovative visual animations (pop‑ins, façade décor, out‑of‑the‑box concepts) aligned with local marketing and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Cartier International CVE team, Operations, and Boutique teams on creative projects.
• Manage construction, prototyping, budgeting, and timing of visual activations.
• Support product placement for events and exhibitions organized by the Commercial Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion, marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a visual merchandiser in a retail environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator or other visual design tools.
