VP of Tech Expansion – Global Leadership (Remote)

About the role

Tether is seeking a senior executive to lead the global adoption and commercial expansion of its technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Expansion Officer, the VP will shape strategy across AI, self‑custodial infrastructure, peer‑to‑peer systems and digital financial platforms, working with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and government leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem, prioritising current and future verticals.
• Lead senior professionals and international teams responsible for expanding Tether’s technologies, setting clear KPIs and accountability frameworks.
• Build a high‑performing global Tech Expansion organization and ensure collaboration with regional expansion, product, engineering, legal and regulatory teams.
• Represent Tether as a technology and infrastructure partner in strategic engagements with enterprises, institutions, governments and regulators, and act as a senior ambassador at global conferences.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI, fintech, digital infrastructure or related fields, including senior leadership.
• Proven track record of originating, structuring and closing major enterprise or government technology partnerships.
• Strong ability to engage credibly with C‑suite executives, government leaders and senior decision‑makers.
• Experience developing global go‑to‑market strategies across multiple technologies and markets, and managing international senior teams.
