3DaaS Program Manager – Business Operations and Process Management

About the role

HP is looking for a 3DaaS Program Manager to lead the business operations and process management of its worldwide 3DaaS program within HP Additive Manufacturing. The role ensures consistent execution across regions, accurate billing, effective partner compensation and coordinated customer support, while driving process improvement and automation to support program growth and new product readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Process management: oversee end-to-end processes such as contract administration, renewals, entitlements, supplies replenishment, invoicing and customer compensation; define responsibilities and handoffs across Customer Success Managers, Service Operations Managers, Contract Admin and regional stakeholders.
• Invoicing: run the monthly invoicing workflow from Starfleet consumption and billing data through invoice creation, customer delivery and tracking records, and resolve billing discrepancies, missing or duplicate invoices and entitlement overlaps.
• Customer compensation: govern workflows so that cases are assessed, CPQ-approved, communicated and credited in the next billing cycle.
• Documentation: maintain process documentation, operational controls, escalation paths and continuity arrangements.
• Program governance: coordinate worldwide execution across AMS, EMEA and APJ, monitor renewals and entitlements, manage the partner compensation cycle and reconcile expected activity, invoices and revenue with Finance and billing teams.
• Issue resolution: coordinate resolution of customer and partner issues on supplies, billing, credits and service coverage.
• Reporting: provide management with operational reporting, risk visibility and improvement recommendations.
• Transformation: lead the automation initiative for the MJF 1200 program, define Starfleet and BRIM invoicing integration requirements, improve customer and partner visibility, and coordinate readiness testing and qualification during system migrations.

Required profile
