6-Month Sales & Marketing Internship in Madrid

About the role

L'Oréal is offering a 6‑month, full‑time internship in Madrid starting September 2026. The programme rotates across Sales, Marketing, Communication, Operations, Finance and Data, giving you hands‑on experience in a global beauty leader.

Key responsibilities

• Sales: analyse market trends, support strategy development and assist the sales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Marketing: contribute to innovative campaign ideas, conduct market research and help analyse performance data.
• Communication: create engaging content for social media, public relations and internal channels.
• Operations: support supply‑chain projects using technologies such as VR, RFID, AI and collaborative robots.
• Finance: analyse financial data, prepare reports and suggest improvements to financial performance.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Spanish university and able to sign a 6‑month internship agreement (35 hrs/week).
• Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated and eager to learn.
