A la Carte Restaurant Waiter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic A‑la‑carte restaurant waiter to join the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and sell food and drinks autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when needed and provide direct assistance throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare, set up and break down service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work stations and service tools.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality qualification (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP training.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑and‑beverage role.
• High level of English.
• Team‑player, able to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
