A320 Family Product Change Leader & CM Industrial Integrator (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary vacancy has arisen for a Product Change Leader (PCL) and CM Industrial Integrator (CMII) on the A320 family within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe. The jobholder will cover changes under the BSMCM4 scope (RFE, APU & Systems Spain) and joins the BSMCM4 department.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Project Leader for the changes assigned, leading the MFT (Product Change Team) and coordinating stakeholders across engineering, chief engineering, customer services, airworthiness, plants, industrial planning and suppliers through the Aircraft Change Process, from CR creation to MOD implementation and closure.
• Ensure ACP deliverables are met so decisions at the Decision Board are well informed, and that changes are implemented on time, on cost and to quality.
• Coordinate industrial stakeholders (engineering, FAL, MCAs, suppliers) to deliver industrial implementation planning that defines MOD POE compliance with the SA Programme Policy (STEP/iSTEP).
• Act as Configuration Management Operational Manager, leading configuration management end to end at program, project or component level with programs, engineering, quality, production and customer service.
• Serve as the point of contact for central configuration management, managing the interface with other functional project stakeholders and applying CM processes and tools correctly.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Project management experience.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level.
